Raimondi Alumni Association (Toronto)We are pleased to announce that our donations last year have been delivered to the alumni organization in Hong Kong. Due to the strong Canadian dollar, the amount converted to Hong Kong dollars is more than we originally anticipated. Thanks to Anthony Poon, class of ’61, for following up in Hong Kong and delivering the cheque. We have received an official receipt from the Raimondi Alumni Association in Hong Kong.

Valentine Ball 2007
The 20th Joint Schools Alumni Valentine Ball will be held on February 10, 2007 at the Sheraton Parkway Hotel. Tickets are $88 per person. For tickets and advertising in the program book, please contact one of the committee members or email us.
The Raimondi College Expansion Project
Our alma mater has announced plans to relocate the primary section of the school to Stubbs Road, Wanchai (currently St. Margaret’s College) as early as 2008, dedicating the venerable school buildings in Mid-levels to the secondary section. This expansion will coincide with the 50th anniversary of the school, and the school and the alumni association have started a fund-raising campaign to help the effort. Thanks to our membership, we were able to raise $926 at the annual dinner last Friday, and the committee has pledged to top up our donation to a sum of $2,000.
